Refund Policy

We back what we sell. If a product turns out to be faulty, damaged in transit, or just not what was described on the page, the Australian Consumer Law sits behind your right to a refund — and we honour it without making you fight for it.

For change-of-mind returns, the window is 30 days from when the order ships, on items that haven't been used or opened. Drop us a line first so we can sort the return label. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of the goods landing back with us.
